Windfarm combineert een bouwopdracht met een app-based challenge rond duurzaamheid. Elk team bouwt een vrijstaande constructie die met de wind van een elektrische bladblazer een houten bal minstens 1,20 meter hoog tilt.Windfarm combines a build assignment with an app-based sustainability challenge. Each team builds a free-standing structure that uses the wind from an electric leaf blower to lift a wooden ball at least 1.20 metres high.

Elk onderdeel heeft een eigen CO₂-voetafdruk. De beste constructie is dus niet alleen de sterkste, maar ook de zuinigste. In de app verdienen teams CO₂-compensatie met vragen over de SDG's en hernieuwbare energie, en met creatieve foto- en video-opdrachten. Het team met de beste netto CO₂-voetafdruk wint.Every part has its own carbon footprint, so the best structure is not just the strongest but also the leanest. In the app, teams earn carbon offset with questions on the SDGs and renewable energy, and with creative photo and video challenges. The team with the best net carbon footprint wins.

Windfarm werd in 2023 gelanceerd samen met Dynamic Events (Ierland) en Team Dynamics (Portugal). Het concept draait ook via Team Dynamics UK en Xpert Teambuilding in Duitsland.Windfarm was launched in 2023 together with Dynamic Events (Ireland) and Team Dynamics (Portugal). The concept also runs through Team Dynamics UK and Xpert Teambuilding in Germany.

Sustainability Challenge

Test en awardsTest and awards

Elke constructie krijgt maximaal 1 minuut wind. Wie de bal minstens 1,20 meter hoog tilt, verdient 1.000 extra CO₂-compensatie. Daarna volgen de netto score en de awards.Each structure gets a maximum of 1 minute of wind. Teams that lift the ball at least 1.20 metres earn 1,000 extra carbon offset. Then come the net score and the awards.

Energy Tower

Een gemeenschappelijk doel voor de hele groep. De toren zit op slot met een code van 4 cijfers en elk team heeft een deel van de informatie. De toren laadt pas volledig op als minstens 90% van de teams slaagt en de groep samen CO₂-neutraal is.A common goal for the whole group. The tower is locked with a 4-digit code and each team holds part of the information. It only charges fully when at least 90% of the teams succeed and the group is carbon neutral together.

Locked Windfarm Box

Elke box zit op slot. Teams starten met de challenge in de app en krijgen na 300 CO₂-compensatie een raadsel dat de box opent. Daarna verdelen ze de rollen.Each box is locked. Teams start with the challenge in the app and, after 300 carbon offset, receive a riddle that opens the box. Then they divide the roles.
